EMC definitely has smoothing between all moves. (It can be disabled if
needed, with a G-code.) A recent fix should make it handle even very
fast moves (400+ IPM) while still smoothing as much as the machine's
acceleration can handle. (I don't have anything that can get anywhere near
400 IPM, so I can't really test that kind of condition.) I can say it is
VERY smooth up to 60 IPM, at least.
