I wonder, do the bureaucrats in CA think newborns are swaddled in
lead-bearing textiles in other States? Have ANY of the EC bureaucrats ever considered
the ACTUAL practical probability that sufficient quantities of lead will
"leach" from circuit- board solder joints into the soils to someday cause
birth-defects than already prevalent in France?
