It's not too hard to learn if you bother to read it and try the
suggested exercises.

discounted for early participation( ranging from $50 and up). The
upgrade program includes distribution media, printed documentation,
on-line access to the newest versions, added functional
enhancements, file filter and OS upgrades, and bug fixes,
replacement of damaged or lost media, and reasonable phone support.
All legitimate customers are invited to participate in the Vector
user support forum, which has been providing on-line support to our
customers since 1995.
Vector includes milling, turning, and 4 axis wire/foam cutting. It
is an integrated cad-cam system with excellent import and export
filters for DXF, IGES, STL, and 3DM file formats. It has integrated
rendering of 3D surfaces, simulation of toolpaths and cut parts, and
a job task list that can be edited, re-ordered, and simulated,
before the CNC code is created. The Vector editor includes text
file import and export, backplotting, and RS-232 file send and
receive for communicating with commercial controllers.
Optional functions available with Vector Cad-Cam include 3D surface
machining, and 3D rotary axis programming.
