In torque mode the drive applies a constant torque to the load. The speed at
which the motor shaft turns (or mill table moves) will depend on the load
that the motor is driving. (Not good for following a toolpath)

In velocity mode the drive will do what it can to keep the motor turning at
the speed you tell it to. (Within currentlimits and such)

For CNC you want to set it to velocity mode.
