Acrylic is one of my favorite things to cut. The edges are almost
polished and it really cuts like a knife through butter. I cut 1/4
inch acrylic with 40 watts at 20IPM, I could do 1/16" acrylic with as
little as 10 watts..probably at 30IPM.
