They call it something else and charge 1000 times more for it in the
emergency room. Slicing cuts are perfect for super-glue. Just bring
the edges together properly by pinching and apply the glue. Strangely
it doesn't hurt at all and it leaves no scar afterwards.

It seals the wound against bacteria and it keeps it from opening if
it's at a flexure location like on the knuckle of my thumb.

Still can't believe I was dumb enough to get my hand in the way. Deep
slice; enough to see the whites of the tendons, not deep enough to
nick or slice them. I checked them under a microscope.
