Don't have a spare transformer , but a suggestion to start with .
Try disconnecting 2 of your Geckos and see how you do with just one and
then try just 2 .
Try checking the voltage on the DC side with 1, 2 , &3 hooked up to see
if the voltage is dropping badly.
