Hi Nathan,
You will need to contact Centroid for data on their motor. The encoder
probably has an index channel. That will add two extra lines to the 6
you are expecting. There may also be a separate screen connection. You
can use the index as part of your homing circuit or you can ignore it.
The power connector on the motor probably includes an earth. That one
should be easy to spot because it will be connected to the case. The
other two will be the motor power.
The two two-pin connectors on the board are for motor power and output
to the motor. The manual should show which is which.
