Sloowwww process, to get those tiny details you'll need to use a
sharp needle like probe, and take a very short steps.
It can take about 4 hours to digitize a 3/8" wrench.
I only use it when there is no other option.
I'm using deskcnc and made my own probe. it's just a switch that
closes or opens depending on your software.
I've found the hard way that you'll need very accurate tools to make
one that works ok. otherwise it won't trigg and miss a lot of spots.
Fred (deskcnc reseler)has it and I think it's about 300 bucks or so.
