Material for the bed and frame can be built quite rigidly from
structural aluminium, see http://www.kjnltd.co.uk/
Cutters can be got from many sources, but it depends on the collet sizes
available for your router. That can limit your selection of tools
somewhat if they only make a 1/2inch collet. Smaller diameter cutters
with a half inch shank are not that common
