Do a google search for "feed rate chart drilling" and you will come up
with lots of information. Here is one site I found:

I converted my Bridgeport mill to CNC. A few message back I posted a
video of a project I was working on where I drilled and tapped over 100
holes in a 1" thick aluminum plate, all under CNC.
