I'm not sure which plotter the Draftmaster 1 is, but I have a Draftmaster
Pro EXL. The HP website doesn't lend any driver support for mine. I am
told it's because the old Draftmasters used HPGL, which was supported in
Windows 95 and maybe 98. Then the HPGL II came out and was used on all of
the NT based Windows. I also have a old 486 portable just to support the
plotter. I have tried to get a converter (software or hardware) to enable
use of the plotter on a NT based system, with no luck. It seems silly to use
a portable to support a E sized printer, but that's what I have to do.
