http://www.carlsondesign.com/ --and go to the "Software Libraries,
Drivers, and Utilities," they have a WinXP drive for HPGL which will
drive the older version of the HP plotters. It requires some support
files but they are free to download also.
Carlson Designs make cutters from the older verson of the HP plotters
so, I guess, they had to develope a driver that would woke with the old
version plotter and the newer version operation systems.
