I have one, bought 1 year ago. I have no direct experience of other
CNC machines (but 18 years with Chinese manual equipment). It is all
the Tormach web site says it is (well a touch over hyped maybe).
Support is great also. It's an extremely professional attempt at a
low cost serious use CNC mill. If you are use to USD50,000 commercial
equipment you maybe be mildly disappointed. If you are use to other
low cost CNC equipment you will be hugely impressed. Some people have
had relatively minor issues but I've never seen a truly negative
report. I was happily turning out CNC parts 4 hours after opening the
box.
