I need help as soon as possible

hi guys, how r u?
i ask if anyone could help me , i'm a mechatronics student and have a
project that convert my conventional drilling machine to mill-drill
one and i use demo version from mach 3 as a software, also i have to (
forced ) use servo motor for X-Y direction ( {Shinko} input: 24VDC,3.1A
output:8 kg f cm and 650rpm with sensor 200rp )
and for a gear DC motor Z-axe toshiba 18 VDC,2.5A, 59rpm) and use a
linear encoder modle AT115-100

i need help for how to find or make the design of handling circuit
between mach 3 and this machine, ( i can't buy break out board, i have
to make it )
