Just guessing here but since ROHS limits the content of Lead, Mercury, Cadmium, Hexavalent
chromium (Chromium VI or Cr6+), Polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) and Polybrominated
diphenyl ether (PBDE) I wouldn't think it is an issue for brushed DC servo motors.
