  Aaah hah,
Just noticed something else about the plastic inserts - they're
definetely not "squirted in there", they seem to be little cross-over
bits which cause the balls to be recirculated back!
I'm guessing the only way to repack this is going to be to fill the nut
with grease, carefully load in the balls, then wind it on.. and hope.
Looks like it's going to be one of those REALLY tough ones...
