Tim: I am just trying to get the DRO functioning right now. I am trying
to use Tom Kulaga's DRO program.I set the 544 address to match the
jumpers at the specified position. When I run the program it can't find
the board.
I will probably try EMC or take the easy way out with DeskNCrt to take
advantage of the closed loop system. Just trying to get this board to
function has been very frustrating. I can imagine an attempt at a EMC
install might just push me over the edge. I am not ready for the rubber
room and the sweatshirt with the weird sleeves quite yet. I was told the
install might be even more difficult with this notebook computer.
