rhino +3d printer update

Here is update on using rhino 4.
Got a rc car engine head .stl file and saved as .SLC file sliced it
with 0.1mm (it's about 360 slices).
then opened it with rhino 4 , selected all the contours, then fit a
surfaces by planar curves, it took about 8min to fill the contours.(
on a 2.4ghz, 512mb,128mbvideo board).
Looks like rhino v4 likes more memory than the older versions.
there was two or three layers where the thru holes got closed.
it looks very good to me.
I'll get one layer printed out on my regular printer to see how it
looks.
Looks likes we are almost there, still need to work on how to get
the slices out in sequency to print it.
