A taper thread is no different to the way a parallel thread is actioned?
We tend to use a constant volume cutting strategy, which works very
well.

I do agree that with marginal power spindles multiple pulses can be
better, but if your spindle is slowing enough to affect the thread,
perhaps you should be looking at what's wrong with your code and alter
it to suit the limitations of your particular machine.
