Gentlemen: This is a list for persons building their own CNC machine
for home shop use. While CNC specific software usage and setup drift
into the list and are welcome, the development of a software package
(writing code and talking about the best approach to surface modeling
to develop code) is a subject for a list devoted to writing code.

95.0% of the members out there have no interest in the internal
workings of CNC software any more than they want to know the physics
of making the semiconductors used in the electronic controls.

Let's drop the programming tecno-babble.

There are people that want to build everything in their machine and
that's just peachy but this is not the correct group to talk about how
to design and build a stepper or servo drive from discrete components
or to write custom C level programs to control a machine.

There are discussions over at other lists about all those topics.

Lets keep it in the vein of what the average person can build in their
shop and things will be fine.

not aimed at you personally)
