We all have bad days and this was one of mine, why did I think you
needed to see the drill bit!!!! all you need is an accurate offset and
that is very easy to do.

I've been giving a lot of thought to wire bonding machines recently,
for the production of super small dead bug style radio receivers (sub
half gram). This technique could work really well for that.
