The commercial cutters I've seen, for the most part, are ultrasonic systems.
It keeps the cutter head clean, provides a cleaner cut and eliminates the
wasted material between the cuts.but in this case, I'll take any of the
scraps that you can send.

OK, we have all seen lots of CNC milling machines and lathes, now how
about one to cut Brownies. Not ordinary Brownies, but Simply Divine
Brownies.

Brian Barker invited me along to see the first run of this new machine.
Its in an old mill in Brunswick Maine, in a great small company started
by a couple women in their kitchen. They make the most amazing brownies
Ive ever eaten.
