Ball screw/nut assembly???

Please excuse my ignorance but.......

I just ordered a ball screw and nut from McMaster/Carr and it appears
that they are shipping it in two seperate shipments. It appears that
I will have to assemble the nut and screw. Is this complicated?
Special tools/skills? Any insight would be appreciated.
