Awe, that sounds too easy! No counter clockwise electronic spanners required? You guys could have had some fun with that question. Thanks David! Now the worst part, waiting for the parts to arrive.

it's easy. the ballnut comes with a tube through it. you just screw the
ballscrew into the nut while holding the tube. there should be
instructions there. to be safe, do this over a rag or something that can
catch the balls just in case you make a mistake.
