Illustrator is not a mechanical CAD design program and is not oriented
to creating circles/arcs to define a hole. It is for artistic
purposes, and tends to define geometry with entities that do not
correspond well to simple lines and arcs that can be used as G-code.

I would suggest that you use a program like TurboCAD,
Autocad/Autosketch, Intellicad, VectorCad, Rhino3D etc, which can
define a hole as an arc in a DXF file.

Then export the file as an Autocad12 compatible file. This will
decompose the poly lines/arcs and splines into individual entities,
which DeskCNC can process to drill, pocket, and contour.
