I have seen some attachemnts to higher end CNC machines that use a
cicrular saw.
I am thinking of a 4 inch dia tube with belts inside.
a pulley set at the business end.
a flange in the center of the tube so it can be rotated, and of course
bearings of some sort.
Another idea is to mount a store bought circular saw to a plate and
rotate the plate to cut out parts.
