Um, blame the folks who landed at Plymouth for the
short-changed Americans - the US Gallon is 20 percent
smaller than the Imperial gallon (ditto the quart),
having 128 oz. vs 160. Something about wine gallons
vs. beer gallons. Ironic, as one needs 20 percent more
Coors Lite to keep up with Canajun brew, eh?
