Not sure yet if there'll be a way to send a signal to Mach with just
my EPO, but I'm going to research it and find out. I'd be surprised
if there wasn't.

With the latching relay if there's a power outage the latching relay
will drop off and not restart, cutting power to the drivers and
spindle. I'll probably loose position, but for now I'll deal with it.
