EMC2 is a good one also, at <http://www.linuxcnc.org>.

It's realtime Linux based, and will drive anything that Ah-Ha did. (I
helped my old company convert a Shoptask from Ah-Ha to EMC2, worked like
a charm) We don't have a driver for their ISA I/O board at the moment,
so you may need to add one or two parallel ports to get the same number
of I/Os.
