Semipower VFD information?

I picked up a router spindle with a Semipower F8-0034 VFD. I have no information
on how to control it. I have the wires that connect it to the spindle motor and the
power chord. When I plug it in it powers up but says 0 Hz which is quite correct,
the motor does not turn.
There is a row of 19 screw terminals that are not labeled. There are no control buttons.
Might anyone here have any information on this drive?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
