Jack,

You might find "geargen" of some use. It does not do mod gears, only
dp but it will output to dxf etc. and works well - I have used it a
number of times. Failing that, If you let me know what gears you want
I could save my solidworks standard parts as dxf or step etc. for you
if that helps.

From memory, the pitch circle diameter of any MOD gear is the no of
teeth multiplied by the MOD. In other words a 1.5 mod 20 tooth gear
has a PC of 20*1.5=30mm diameter.
