Limit Switch Connectors.

A friend of mine is busy building up a CNC router called and asked me what
I was planning on using for limit switch connectors into the 'CNC
controller' box. For most of my stuff I use AMP CPC connectors because I
have the pins and the crimper.

But for someone who doesn't have that what sort of cable connectors are
people using. I suggested since shielded cables with RCA phono plugs are
available (even surplus) that they may be ideal although they could
vibrate out I guess. Phone jacks in the 3.5mm size are another option.

So what do people do? Run wires into the box onto terminal strips of
their BOB? Or run wires from the terminal strips to some sort of metal
panel connector. And then the mate out to the limit switches?
