You might also consider gib head keys. They are really old fashioned
but fitted well, they do not come off. They used to be used to fit
flywheels to the crank on agricultural diesels (Peter, Lister etc.)
and if they don't come off on these they wont come off on anything!
Problems start trying to get them back out later usually!
