Hi All:
     Here are a couple of things about CNC machining of wood you want to watch out for.
1) Because of the high speed of cutting and the volume of material quickly removed you will be creating
a lot of dust which will quickly coat your screws and pack you feed nuts.  You need to build an aluminum foil
cover around the machine table and use a good strong vac. to keep the dust out of the machine.
2) If you use a high speed steel cutter be careful not to over speed the cutter as you will quickly burn up
the cutter with CNC as you are in the cut constantly not intermitten like you are by hand.  Run it just like
you would for aluminum and you should be OK.
