Thanks for the reply.
I did think it was related because of things like the finer saw dust build up that I didn't think of. I am ding this as a hobby and just am putting the finishing touches on my HF 44991 mill, modified with a "little Machine Shop" belt drive, CNC fusion 3 axis ball screws, Xylotec 3-axis stepper and dirve board system and running Mach3 and BobCad 23.
Tom, if this doesn't belong here I will stopp posting, no problem, let me know. I am looking for all the information I can get for the whole picture, but don't want to buck any system or format.
