Hi everyone,
Last year or the year before that, I made a cnc mill that used a 24v dc 180watt scooter motor and controller for the spindle motor.
I also used parts from a VCR for the actual spindle too.
Here is a video showing how nice and quiet she was while doing light cuts in MDF.
