Or you could mount and arm with a roller support to the router head and run the plasma torch on the end off the router table. This is somewhat what I was thinking of doing to get wire cut foam part of my mill.

I'm interested in purchasing a CNC Plasma Cutter. My question is, where can I find a reasonable priced CNC Plasma in either a kit form or complete? I'm not opposed to some assembly, I'd even weld up a table to put it on. But I'm not into making my own power supply, gears ect

I think I understand THC as being able to follow the face of the metal that you are cutting. And because the nature of the parts, I will be cutting, flat ¼" plate steel, I'm not sure if that is necessary, however, I'm not opposed to adding it if suggested. I'd consider a Turnkey system, Kit, or some hybrid in-between.
