Or, go to your local drugsore photo developer and grab a handful of
empty disposable cameras, In each, you'll find a small PCB containt a
converter that will turn 1/5V into about 300 (Just measured one, 311.

Pull the flashtube, connect 67.5V worth of zeners in it's place..
Watch out for the cap, 300V in 120uf can hurt.
