[CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO] Mach3 homing

The problem is, there is no 'home all', at all, in mach3 lathe. And G28
does not seem to do what it's meant to by definition of ZERO RETURN in
terms of hardware on a machine.

I'm hoping a mach3 lathe user can answer...
