I have Rhinocam basic but can't use it on a 64 bit machine with Rhino5 and won't upgrade to something that requires an annual fee.  I am mainly interested in what users think of Meshcam.

I don't know about that, but freemill is totally free. I downloaded it
and was able to generate Gcode in just a few minutes.
