If you are able to handle learning a little 'C' programming, then I
would suggest looking into an Arduino and stepper motor setup.
There are a few stepper motor drivers for the Arduino available for very
little outlay and the Arduino would give you many options for running
the RT.
You could have it move to specific points for drilling bolt hole
patterns for example. Or rotate once, stop, rotate again, stop. The
possibilities are endless.
