Well it has been an encouragement for me to get my own froum software wroking
properly. While yahoo WAS functional there was little incentive, but now there
are good reasons to get the email side finally working.

Sourceforge has been painful in the past, but seems to be over the worse of it
and is providing much of the same service as yahoo these days. Google of cause
is competing with yahoo in the 'make it unsable as possible' to email users, but
many of the 'old school' email lists now have web based aliases and archives
that while not perfect at least work in parallel.
