AFIK Moglice is a filled epoxy. As such the real trick is to get an epoxy with a iron filler.....cast iron dust might work. The
next trick is to get the right amount of release agent on the screw.
Epoxy, even filled epoxies machine decently...so get a decent epoxy....not the 5 min stuff...that hardens decently....and some
silicone spray and experiment. If it doesnt' work machine it out and try again. Even $50 will do a lot of experimenting. This
stuff is load sensitive....so you need decent support area to keep it together. I notice people tend to replace the whole thread
volume with filler rather than try to just build up. Just wing it on something not too critical and then go off and do something
serious.
