Polymer Filled Low Friction Nuts: How To

Philly Resins has two Tech Bulletins about using their 1500-LFH low
friction injected polymer to fix roller-ball screw nuts. No reason
that a similar process, as suggested, couldn't be used with properly
prepared ACME threaded rod. Experiments with PTFE-Teflon, molybdenum-
disulphide, and powdered grahites, both directly one-on-one with
epoxy, and in various cross mixtures, are in order. See Philly
Resins' specific instructions for their mix:
