Used to work in a sheet metal shop, and they'd deburr steel parts in a
cement mixer using ceramic weld shield collars from a local heavy fab
shop's mega-stud welder. This setup was noisy beyond belief! Also a bit
harsh for the kind of parts I'm doing. Sure did the job on steel though!
They also had a couple of the trough models and I noticed that
frequently parts wouldn't circulate well. Especially small flat parts
that would stick to the sides and get pushed up out of the media.
The round viabratory tumblers with the post up the center work extremely
well.
