At last I found something older than I am........
I am fortunate to have a Myford super 7 with gear box, and most of the
accessories. For a mill I have the EMCO FB-2, with a DRO mounted on the X
and Y axis. And like it very well, also have a Southbend 7 inch shaper, also
bandsaw, power hacksaw, dividing head and the usual assortment of machinist
tools. For years I went to auctions, yard and flea market sales and kept my
eyes open and made some fantastic buys in equipment. (Boot sales ??)
I used a lot of the equipment and tools while I was still working, but had
the idea of an ME shop when I retired. And I am happy to say I have one.
