The cutter I have been asked to make is approx 16mm wide 8mm thick and 38mm
long. Rounded one end with a 12mm Dia hole that tapers down to 10mm, at the
square end is a 4mm wide slot some 12mm long (3mm in from the edge).
A bench or angle grinder is not really going to do the job, and a die grinder
is going to be tricky to use on such a small slot.
Also, I do not grinfd any where near the machine tools - Milling looked to be
the best solution. EDM would be ideal, but not the sort of tool I have access
to....
