semiconductor cross-reference

Well, I blew up one of my Vexta five phase drivers yesterday on my South
Bend conversion. Fortunately, it was right at the end of a finish cut. A
wire to the motor shorted out to ground(shrink wrap problem). Lot's of
smoke-unhappy camper. It blew the tops right off of some transistors. I
had two other drives, later model both dead but not as dead(I didn't
kill those two). I pulled them apart and scavenged a mosfet out of one
and got one going. I am guessing that I can also get the other working
also but need to find replacement parts. The part in question is made by
NEC C2751 there is also a smaller K3XB number on it. Anyone have a
cross reference book that can give me an obtainable part number, if
there is one? I will attempt repair on the one I smoked yesterday later
on. It has different parts.The transistor is C2320 with a 63E number at
the bottom.
