Re: semiconductor cross-reference

I forgot to mention NTE or ECG as a cross-reference source also.
Search for them at (www.google.com) or similar.

I've used MCM alot over the years for japanese transistors ie
2SDxxxx 2SAxxxx 2SBxxxxx 2SDxxxxx
